Position Overview
- Role: Agent Team Member with a State Farm independent contractor agent.
- Duties: Establishing customer relationships, educating customers about insurance options, developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.
- Work Environment: Outgoing, customer-focused, and public-facing.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Educate customers using a needs-based review process.
- Develop leads and schedule appointments.
- Identify customer needs and market suitable products and services.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: Hourly pay plus commission/bonus.
- Schedule: No weekend work, no work on your birthday, flexible hours.
